Jondelle Watkins is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in service design and user experience. Currently serving as Service Design Lead at annex since June 2021, Jondelle previously held positions at Fjord as a Service Designer and at Paper Giant as a Service Design Lead (contractor). Earlier roles include Design Lead at Mentally Friendly, Senior Experience & Service Designer at Westpac, and Senior Experience Designer at BCG Digital Ventures, a corporate investment firm focused on startup development. Jondelle's career began at Thiess as a Graphics Assistant, following a strong educational background with a BA in Design from Griffith University and a BA in Fine Art from RMIT University.
