Hicham WIFAQ is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a diverse background in strategic recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Majid Al Futtaim since April 2024, WIFAQ previously held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Property Finder from January 2023 to March 2024. WIFAQ has also worked at Majid Al Futtaim as Group Director of Talent Acquisition, managing roles in digital, data science, analytics, and technology from November 2019 to January 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed global talent acquisition strategy and leadership across multiple regions, including the Middle-East, Africa, and Turkey. Earlier roles at Atos and Dell involved managing recruitment and onboarding initiatives while overseeing talent development programs. WIFAQ holds multiple degrees in International Marketing & Management and Management and Trade from prestigious institutions.
