Alicia Kilburn, GPHR, has a strong background in human resources with experience in various leadership roles. Alicia is currently the VP of Human Resources at Majesco, where they focus on developing talent programs and tools for the company. Prior to this, Alicia worked as the Director of Talent Management and Development at Jabil, where they were responsible for global talent management and learning & development strategies.
