Vladimir Babenko has been working in the IT industry since 2021. Vladimir currently works as a Middle TA Recruiter for Lemon.io and a Technical Talent Sourcer | Ukraine Country Head Assistant for Locad. Previously, they held the role of Head of Customer Service for HolyEat in 2020, where they were responsible for communication between nutritionists and clients, as well as editing and translating texts. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a City Representative for the American Councils for International Education, where they implemented monthly projects aimed at making a difference and change within the local communities.

Vladimir Babenko participated in the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program from 2016 to 2017. Vladimir is currently enrolled at the State University of Technology and Infrastructure.
