Currently serving as Acheteuse - Catégory Manager Saumon at R&O since April 2023, Laura previously held various roles at Groupe Pomona from February 2018 to April 2023, including Responsable Marketing de l’offre and Acheteuse Produits de la Mer. Laura's early career involved positions at Areas España, SARL JLG Restauration, Hilton Worldwide, and Restaurant Gastronomique La Grange, enabling development in purchasing, supplier management, and culinary expertise.
