Alex Medina Guerrero is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations and support management. Currently serving as GESTOR DE SERVICIOS TI at MAINT since January 2017, Alex oversees various IT operations, including level 1 and level 2 support, change management, and data center supervision while ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Prior to this role, Alex was a project leader at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2014 to January 2017, where responsibility included overseeing IT operations and support teams for Telefónica Ecuador. Alex briefly held the position of IT Project Coordinator at Sonda del Ecuador in April 2014, focusing on IT operations and support management.
