Andrey Torchilo

Delivery Manager at Forte Group

Andrey Torchilo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrey began their career as a Programmer at MAZ (Minsk Automobile Plant) in 2005 and later worked as a Systems Administrator at Belsoft-Borlas Group. In 2009, they joined Alutech | Group of companies as a Programmer before transitioning to EPAM Systems as a Software Maintenance Engineer in 2010.

In 2012, Andrey moved to ScienceSoft and worked as a DW and BI developer for a year. Andrey then returned to EPAM Systems in 2013 and took on various roles including Team Leader, Project Coordinator, and Resource Manager. During this time, they coordinated BI and data anonymization teams, designed and implemented BI security models, and developed a data warehouse from scratch.

Andrey's most recent role was at Forte Group as a Delivery Manager, starting in 2020. In this position, they were responsible for driving the software engineering delivery of distributed teams and implementing a Delivery Management Framework to improve project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Andrey has consistently demonstrated expertise in software development, project coordination, and team management.

Andrey Torchilo completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from Belarusian National Technical University, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. In addition, they attended EPAM University, specializing in Management Information Systems, General, and graduated in 2016. Andrey also pursued further education in Project Management at the Institute of IT&Business Administration, completing their studies in 2021. Andrey has obtained certifications in Career Essentials in Project Management by Microsoft and LinkedIn, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in August 2021.
