Kerrie McHugh

Head of Customer Experience at MainStem, Inc.

Kerrie McHugh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kerrie is currently the Head of Customer Experience at MainStem, Inc., where they are responsible for building and leading the CX team. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sourcing and Supplier Management at MainStem, overseeing strategic partnerships and managing over 500 brands.

Before joining MainStem, Kerrie worked at Hydrofarm LLC as the Global Buying specialist, where they focused on buying and planning for the hydroponics and cannabis space. Kerrie collaborated with IT and consultants to improve workload efficiency and decrease stock levels.

As a self-employed Brand Strategy Consultant, Kerrie partnered with various businesses to help them grow and launch. Kerrie focused on areas such as merchandising, marketing, reporting, analytics, and organizational development.

Earlier in their career, Kerrie held positions at ARCUS Research, HSN, Title Nine, Kmart, Gap Inc., RedEnvelope, and Design Within Reach. These roles involved responsibilities such as business development, merchandising, product development, sourcing, and strategic planning.

Throughout their career, Kerrie has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth, optimize sourcing strategies, improve operational efficiency, and develop cross-functional partnerships.

Kerrie McHugh earned a Digital Marketing Certificate from The Wharton School in 2019. Kerrie also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the University of San Francisco and another BFA degree in Advertising Design from the Academy of Art University. In addition to their formal education, Kerrie has obtained various certifications. Kerrie completed the Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling certification from LinkedIn in October 2022, as well as the Supply Chain and Operations Management Tips certification from LinkedIn in March 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from The Wharton School in 2019.
