Hal Connelly

Hal Connelly has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hal started their career at Duke Energy in 1992, where they worked in both Systems Planning and Technology Projects departments. In Systems Planning, they were involved in product development, engineering support, and installation of LANs. In Technology Projects, they focused on technology evaluation and architecture for Duke's business needs.

In 1996, Connelly joined IBM as a System P Sales Representative, covering large accounts in various sectors. Hal specialized in IBM UNIX-area solutions and had expertise in large system knowledge and process parallelism for Data Warehouse and Data Mart solutions, messaging systems, and enterprise backup/disaster recovery architecture.

In 2003, Connelly moved to Mainline Information Systems, where they served as an Account Executive for customer projects in the Carolinas. Hal provided in-depth product consultation and expertise in cloud, security, compute, storage, networking, messaging, and mainframe environments. Hal also had server consolidation expertise with various technologies.
