Laura Corredera has worked in the customer service and sales industry for over 10 years. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Responsable de Magasin Adjointe at Bébé 9. From 2010 onward, they have been employed at MailInBlack Anti-Spam, where they have held several roles. These include Head of Customer Success, Chef de Projet Customer Care - Chargée de Relation Client, and Commerciale Sédentaire B to B. As Head of Customer Success, they were a member of the Executive Committee and was responsible for managing customer production, automating internal processes, and setting up customer satisfaction indicators and surveys. Laura also set up a customer loyalty program and was a member of the product committee. In addition, they were the administrator of the SalesForce CRM, where they set up a new CRM and defined the initial requirements.
