McKaye Jolley Cunningham has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mark Anthony Salon & Day Spa until July 2018. From August 2018 to January 2019, they served as an Office Manager at Psychological Services Bureau. In February 2019, they became an Assistant Admissions Officer at the University of Virginia School of Law, holding the position until June 2019. Starting in August 2019, they became a Student Athlete and a Teaching Assistant at Southern Virginia University, with the latter role ending in May 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at NVS Group from December 2020 to May 2021. From June 2021 to August 2022, they worked as a Home Consultant at HomeLight. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Marketing Operations Specialist at Domo, Inc. starting in October 2022.

McKaye Jolley Cunningham attended Bakersfield High School from 2011 to 2015. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Engineering at Brigham Young University from 2015 to 2018. Following this, McKaye Jolley Cunningham attended Southern Virginia University from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership.
