Dinesh Kumar is a seasoned human resources professional with comprehensive experience in managing the full employee life cycle across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Mahindra Home Finance since November 2023, Dinesh specializes in SAP SuccessFactors, employee onboarding, performance improvement plans, and other HR processes. Prior to this role, Dinesh was a Human Resources Executive at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited from February 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment and onboarding across North India.
