Tonya Lynam is currently the SVP/ISO at Magnolia Bank. Tonya previously worked as the 3rd Party Vendor Program Manager, AVP at Old National Bank from January 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were with Oakland City University and Springleaf Financial Services as the Supplier/Vendor Risk Management Analyst from July 2011 to November 2016. Tonya started their career as the National Staffing Manager at Flextronics from January 2006 to July 2011.

At Flextronics, Tonya was responsible for developing and managing the entire recruiting division which provided up to 5,000 short- and long-term employees to its client companies throughout the U.S. Tonya was also responsible for maintaining close ties with clients regarding present and future staffing needs, negotiating all contracts with preferred vendors for retained and contingent search agencies, and managing the division staffing/recruiting budget. Under their leadership, the division placed 250-300 new employees throughout the U.S. and maintained staffing levels of 97%.

In their previous role as the Supplier/Vendor Risk Management Analyst at Springleaf Financial Services, Tonya was responsible for instituting and/or implementing a variety of staffing programs or projects related to diversity, internal transfers or promotions, career pathing, new performance annual reviews, applicant tracking, recruiting division metrics, turn-over issues, workforce planning, global recruiting, predictive index and behavior-based interviewing, and vendor selection. Tonya was also successful in reducing turnover within a retail environment from 60% down to 40% within the first year.

Tonya Lynam has a BS in Human Resource & Operational Management from Oakland City University and an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Oakland City University. Tonya Lynam is certified by ISACA as a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and by the ISACA Greater Washington, D.C. Chapter as a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA).
