Ken Serviss

Vice President Client Services at Magnit

Ken Serviss has a diverse work experience in the field of workforce management and staffing. Ken started their career as an Account Representative at Olsten Staffing Services in 1993. Ken then worked at Norrell as a Regional Manager from 1997 to 1999. From 2000 to 2006, Ken served as the Director of Operations at Volt, where they implemented Six Sigma methodology and developed recruitment process methodologies for a fortune 500 company. In 2006, they became the Managing Director at a staffing firm, where they coordinated with different offices and managed sales and profitability. Ken joined Goldman Sachs as a Program Manager from 2007 to 2010. Ken then served as a Senior Program Manager at Novartis from 2010 to 2013, where they managed vendor partnerships and contract management. From 2013 to 2015, Ken worked as a Global Account Manager at PRO Unlimited, managing strategic accounts and new business opportunities. Lastly, they served as the Senior Director of Client Services at PRO Unlimited from 2015 to 2018, where they managed client service delivery teams and participated in presentations. Currently, they are the Vice President of Client Services at Magnit, where they provide strategic and consultative workforce management recommendations for HR and procurement functions.

Ken Serviss earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Political Science from Seton Hall University. Ken also holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
