Meghan Foley began their career in 2006 as a High School Mathematics Teacher and Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Fairfax County Public Schools. Meghan then moved up to Assistant Director of Student Activities, followed by Director of Student Activities. In 2017, they joined IronArch Technology as VP of Delivery and Customer Experience. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the success of projects, supporting project managers, developing an Agile delivery methodology, participating in solutioning sessions, and mentoring directors and project leaders. Meghan also acted as a corporate liaison with government customers and partners, and was a member of IronArch's executive leadership team. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Business Operations and Excellence / Program Manager.

Meghan Foley completed a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mary Washington in 2006, followed by a Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia in 2011.
