Ron Barak has a diverse work experience in software and algorithm engineering. Ron co-founded Magnisity Ltd. in 2018 and served as the company's CTO. Prior to that, they worked as a Software and Algorithm Engineer at Sixense Enterprises Inc., Zsquare, Fire & Gas Detection Technologies, Inc., and superDimension. Ron also freelanced as a Software and Algorithm Engineer from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, they worked at Broadcom Inc. as a Software, Hardware, and Algorithm Engineer from 2011 to 2015. Ron started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University in 2010 and worked as a Software and Algorithm Engineer at superDimension and Xilokit LLC from 2008 to 2010 and 2004 to 2008 respectively.

Ron Barak has a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2010, they completed their Master of Science degree (MSc) in Mathematics from the same institution.
