Jeroen Lappenschaar is a technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software engineering. As Co-Founder and CTO of Avalor AI since September 2021, Jeroen specializes in developing AI solutions for dynamic and unreliable environments. Jeroen's military background includes serving as a Platoon Commander in the Korps Nationale Reserve and an Officer in Robotics & Autonomous Systems at the Ministerie van Defensie, where research focused on tactical land-based vehicles. Previous roles include Entrepreneur at Project Tango, Middleware Engineer at ING, and Student Programmer at Google. Jeroen holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Radboud University.
