Prashant Rai is an IT professional with extensive experience in networking and technical support, currently serving as an IT Associate Manager at magicpin since November 2021. With a robust background in managing IT infrastructure, Prashant has previously held positions such as Senior Technical Engineer at Reliance Retail and Network Administrator at Growintelli Technologies P. Ltd. Prashant's technical expertise includes the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various networking technologies including Sophos Firewalls and Cisco equipment.
