Adarsh Mehra has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Adarsh is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AMI since May 2020. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Magic Software Inc. from October 2014. Adarsh also served as a Board Director at USEReady from January 2017 and held the position of General Partner and CFO at Solmark starting from April 2014. Adarsh previously worked as the CFO at Simeio Solutions from July 2017 to May 2020 and at AIM Software from January 2015 to September 2019. Adarsh has also held the role of Managing Director and CFO at Headstrong from January 2002 to November 2013, VP Finance & Operations at Trigyn Technologies from July 1999 to January 2002, and CFO at HCL America from June 1986 to July 1997.

Adarsh Mehra completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Delhi University, specializing in B Com (Hons), from 1977 to 1980. Following this, they pursued Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing it from 1980 to 1983.
