Asaf Berenstin serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for both Formula Systems Ltd since August 2011 and Magic Software Enterprises since April 2010. Berenstin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Tel Aviv University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the same institution, completed between 2000 and 2004.
