Brian Kronick is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as CFO at inBay Technologies since February 2017 and at HRSG since March 2023, Kronick has held multiple CFO roles across various companies including Edgewater Computer Systems, Inc. from January 2010 to June 2022, and SOS Children's Villages Canada from June 2016 to December 2018. Additional CFO positions include the Institute on Governance, Non Linear Creations, Combat Sports, Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., Chipworks (TechInsights), and EION. Brian Kronick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Carleton University.
