Jyoti Rathod is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Magic Bus India Foundation since November 2021. Previously, Jyoti held the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst at School of Light Pvt. Ltd., focusing on HR business partner responsibilities for Rochem Separation Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. From June 2012 to October 2019, Jyoti worked as the Senior Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Setco Automotive Limited, managing a generalist HR profile.
