Tina Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tina currently works at Compassion Australia as the Capability and Culture Lead, where they contribute to the organization's mission of helping children in poverty. Previously, Tina held the role of Learning and Development Manager at Northcott, where they focused on creating an inclusive society for people with disabilities. Tina also served as the State Training Manager for Aruma, supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Prior to that, Tina worked at SDN Children's Services, starting as a Senior Manager in Children's Therapies and later transitioning to roles in early childhood intervention and community leadership. Their career began as a Teacher at Telopea Children's Centre & Telopea Family Day Care before transitioning to a role as a Property Manager at Professionals Real Estate. Throughout their career, Tina has gained extensive experience in managing teams, implementing programs, and achieving operational targets.

Tina Robinson's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of New England, obtained from 1999 to 2001. Tina also completed a Diploma of Social Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from TAFE NSW, from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Professions from 2007 to 2010. Tina is currently pursuing a Leadership Professional Development degree in Business Administration and Management from La Trobe University. Tina has also obtained various certifications in areas such as team management, mental health first aid, executive coaching, and child development.
