George Matrozos is an accomplished IT Program Manager currently serving as the Head of the IT Project Management and Governance Office at Hellenic Train S.A. since August 2023. With extensive experience in presales and IT service management, George has previously held key positions at The Adaptavist Group, Nimaworks, and Alpha Bank, where responsibilities included driving presales for ITSM solutions, managing commercial operations, and developing service lifecycle roadmaps. Additionally, George has a solid foundation in technical sales and quality assurance from roles at IBM and Siemens, complemented by a strong educational background with a Dipl.Eng. in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras and an MSc. in Computer Systems Technology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
