Dileepa Chandima has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at ShipXpress Inc. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Software Engineering Specialist at GE Transportation, followed by a role as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined VoiceIQ as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In 2019, they joined Rhino Partners, where they held various positions including Senior Software Engineer from 2019 to 2021 and Associate Technical Lead from 2021 to 2022. During their time at Rhino Partners, they led a team of software engineers, conducted interviews, and participated in performance reviews. Additionally, they designed and developed a mobile application for Singlife Insurance company and implemented a CICD pipeline with Visual Studio App Center for mobile development. Most recently, they joined Mad Paws in 2022 as a Full Stack Developer, where they contribute to the frontend development using Next.js and works on enhancing user experiences and implementing reusable components.

Dileepa Chandima completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Kegalu Vidyalaya from 1997 to 2010, focusing on Physical Sciences. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Graph Developer - Associate from Apollo GraphQL in July 2022 and Fundamentals of Agile and Scrum - Certified Scrum Master from GoodAgile in May 2017.
