Rolando Marchis has over three decades of experience in various operations and manufacturing roles. Rolando is currently serving as the Director of Operations at MAD Design USA. Prior to this, Marchis worked as an Operations Manager - Manufacturing at Anthony International from 2017 to 2021, where they focused on improving manufacturing operations. Rolando also served as the Director of Operations at UltraGlas, a leader in architectural and design applications, from 2015 to 2017, where they managed a large contract. In addition, Marchis held the position of Manufacturing Operations Manager at The Sofa Company in 2014, where they implemented efficiency measures and reduced production variation. Rolando also worked as a Manager at CMTC, where they provided consulting services from 2011 to 2014. Marchis was the President of Odyssey Transformational Strategies and Odyssey Consulting Institute from 2009 to 2011, where they helped business owners and consultants improve their operations and profitability. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at Success Insights International (now TTI Success Insights) from 2001 to 2009, where they focused on international business growth. Marchis also served as the Director of Manufacturing & Operations at JBL Professional from 1998 to 2001, where they improved efficiency and labor efficiencies. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Plant Manager at GAF Materials Corporation from 1996 to 1998 and Vice President of Operations at The Spring Air Company from 1994 to 1996, where they implemented operational changes and improved overall efficiency.

Rolando Marchis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
