Paul Gedeon has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management within the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Macquarie Cloud Services since August 2018. In this role, Paul leads and supports a diverse team while focusing on enhancing customer relationships, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring effective service delivery. Prior to this, Paul held multiple positions at Rackspace, including Operations Team Leader and Service Delivery & Technical Account Manager, where responsibility included managing operational relationships and technical support for Australian and New Zealand clients across various cloud technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at Macquarie Technology Group and customer service roles at FOX SPORTS Australia. Paul holds a Bachelor of Communications in Sports Journalism from Western Sydney University and a Diploma in Business Advertising from TAFE NSW.
