With a robust background that includes senior roles in wind farm construction and environmental monitoring, Tom's expertise encompasses project management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple notable projects, including large-scale wind farms for clients like Puget Sound Energy and Portland General Electric. Tom’s educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from Walla Walla Community College and further studies at Eastern Washington University.
