OÄŸuz Tetik currently serves as the Director of Technology Solutions at Karaca since February 2022 and holds a similar position at M.A.R.S. TECHNOLOGY since January 2019, where OÄŸuz also worked as Technology and R&D Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Service Owner & Business Solutions Leader at EXPERTEAM from July 2010 to December 2018, overseeing customer service and development processes. OÄŸuz has also held significant positions such as Director of Development Center and Technical Team Lead at EXPERTEAM, focusing on development activities and managing technical teams. OÄŸuz's career began at Yesim Textile, where responsibilities included leading development teams and working as a Software & Database Specialist. OÄŸuz is an alumnus of Uludag University.
