Holly Birtch serves as Practice Manager at RedMane Technology LLC since June 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Experience at Convr, where strategic development of the global Customer Experience team occurred, managing $4M in recurring revenue and fostering executive relationships with customers. At Synoptek, Holly held the position of Vice President of Global Professional Services, overseeing a $40 million annual services operation and standardizing delivery methodologies. Earlier experience at Sprinklr involved leading a 45-person Professional Services team, delivering over 800 client projects annually. Holly's career began at Teradata as an Engagement Manager, followed by project management roles at Aprimo, Monster Worldwide, Deloitte & Touche, and Grant Thornton. Holly holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Saint Louis University.
