Jessica Mullins currently serves as the VP of People and Culture at LYP Health Management since March 2021. Previously, Jessica held the position of VP of People and Culture at tilr from April 2017 to April 2020, where initial consulting work focused on legal compliance and HR infrastructure, eventually transitioning to Director of Administrative Services as the company expanded. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at STARTEK from August 2014 to January 2017, where Jessica acted as a strategic partner for a call center operation, and as Human Resources Director at Cincinnati Animal Referral & Emergency Center, LLC from September 2007 to January 2013, beginning as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Jessica Mullins is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati.
