Thea Baker has a diverse educational background. Thea obtained a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree in Marketing from Monash University from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Statistics from Bond University from 1991 to 1993. Thea also holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Brisbane North Institute of Tafe. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Strategic Management and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School. In addition to their formal education, Thea obtained a certification as a Phenom People Certified Power User from PhenomPeople Middleware Test Company in November 2021. Thea also has an interest in Swedish Language and Literature, which they are studying at The University of Queensland.
