Norman Green is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in server administration and system engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at LyondellBasell since January 2023, Norman previously held the position of System Engineer at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning and worked as a Backup and Storage Admin at Computer Aid, Inc. From October 1998 to May 2021, Norman contributed to LyondellBasell Industries as a Senior Server Administrator, where responsibilities included orchestrating server installation, support, updates, and troubleshooting for global sites, alongside conducting in-depth system analysis for performance enhancement. Prior to this, Norman worked as an Operator at Western Geophysical from February 1990 to October 1998. Educational background includes attendance at Houston Community College.
