Nikki Smith has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. Nikki began by working as a Data Organizer at Secur-all Agency in 2011. In 2012, they served as a CIT Counselor at Dix Hills Adventure Day Camp. Nikki then took on a role as a Team Member at the National Student Leadership Conference in 2014, followed by an Arts & Crafts Counselor position at Camp Alvernia in 2015.

Transitioning into the professional world, Nikki worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in 2017. In this role, they conducted a gap assessment, analyzed inspection reports, and led risk assessments to improve departmental processes. The following year, Nikki served as a Research Intern at Brookhaven National Laboratory, where they experimented with a patented material and performed data analysis using Excel.

In 2019, Nikki joined Fortify as a Materials Intern. Nikki worked on optimizing 3D print settings and analyzing experimental data to improve resin formulations. Nikki'sefforts led to significant improvements in tensile strength. Most recently, in 2020, Nikki joined Lyndra Therapeutics as a Research and Development Technician.
