Trevor Do has a strong background in the field of pathology and image analysis. Trevor is currently working as a Senior Scientist at Lyell Immunopharma since March 2022. Prior to that, from August 2020 to April 2022, they worked at AbbVie as a Senior Scientist I, specializing in Precision Medicine CDx Pathology. Before AbbVie, Trevor held the position of Senior Associate Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb from November 2019 to July 2020, where they focused on translational digital pathology and integration of IT and data analytics into clinical trials and research studies.
From November 2018 to November 2019, Trevor worked as a Senior Associate Scientist at Celgene. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Juno Therapeutics, Inc., where they served as a Sr Research Associate from January 2017 to November 2018. At Juno Therapeutics, Trevor was involved in image analysis, data analysis, project management, and biomarker validation for the Companion diagnostic team and Translational pathology team.
Earlier in their career, Trevor worked as a Consultant at Definiens, The Tissue Phenomics Company from November 2014 to December 2016. Trevor also served as the Core IV Manager at Sttarr Innovation Centre from January 2012 to November 2014, where they provided consulting, teaching, and technical assistance for research projects involving pathology image analysis. Prior to that, Trevor gained research experience as a Research Technician at the University Health Network from June 2005 to December 2011 and as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Western Ontario from 2002 to 2004.
Trevor Do pursued their education by obtaining a Certificate in Full Stack Development from Udacity in the year 2017. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended Western University, where they completed a Bachelor of Medical Science degree, specializing in Science.
