James H. is an experienced software engineer and product operations manager with a diverse background in technology and operations. Currently serving as the Founding Engineer at Luna Veterinary Care since August 2022, James previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Ethos Life from August 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included building frontend and backend features, designing APIs, and improving development efficiency. At Uber, James advanced through various management positions, significantly contributing to the Risk & Fraud team and the Community Operations team, achieving a dramatic reduction in loss rates and laying the groundwork for a large support organization.
