Firdaus Baharom is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at LUMUT PORT since September 2023. Prior to this role, Firdaus held the position of Head of Sales at KEX Express from October 2016 to August 2023, and served as the Head of Telesales at Pos Malaysia Berhad from May 2014 to September 2016. Firdaus's career also includes various roles at DHL Express, TNT Express, UPS, and GD EXPRESS SDN BHD, showcasing a strong background in customer support and sales management. Academically, Firdaus is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, complementing an undergraduate degree in Technology Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Additionally, Firdaus is actively engaged in the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning program.
