Previously, Chen worked as an Economist in the Health Supervision Department at the Ministry of Health Israel from October 2020 to October 2021. Chen Oskar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2018 and 2021.
