Theo Lorch is an experienced OKR Coach currently at OKR Made Simple, where significant contributions include assisting over 130 leadership teams to effectively implement OKRs for goal achievement. In addition to coaching founders and executives on growth and cultural transformation, Theo serves as Co-Organizer for ProductTank Munich, fostering connections within the local product community. As a partner at Lumen Partners and a startup mentor for both Gründermotor and Pioniergeist GmbH, mentorship roles further emphasize expertise in nurturing startups. Earlier positions include Founder & CEO of Create Consulting GmbH, Head of Product Management at vitafy GmbH, and various product management roles at CHECK24, AutoScout24, and Valiton. Theo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
