Jay Cooper is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various management and chef roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Head Chef at LuLu's since May 2018, Jay has also held positions as Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Kitchen Supervisor at the same establishment. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Libretto's Pizzeria and Hef's Bar and Grill, as well as roles as Sous Chef at Salute Wine and Provisions and Executive Chef at Jaimama. Early career experience includes a position as Chef Garde Manger at Myers Park Country Club. Jay Cooper's culinary education was obtained at Central Piedmont Community College from 1999 to 2001.
