Silva Shakya has a diverse background in project management and human resources, currently serving as the Project Manager and HR Manager at Lukuku since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Specialist at Nexus Silicon Technologies from April 2022 to September 2022 and Human Resource Officer at RB Diamond Jewellers from December 2021 to April 2022. Silva also gained valuable experience as a Masters student at Ace Institute of Management between August 2018 and April 2022, and worked as a Junior Assistant at Laxmi Bank from July 2017 to June 2018.
