Chad Adams is an experienced Talent Recruiter at Lukos since August 2022, with a robust background in human resources and military recruitment. Prior to this role, Chad served as Human Resources Manager for the Washington Army National Guard from June 2020 to July 2022 and held multiple positions within the organization from May 2003 to June 2020, including Assistant Recruiting Area Manager and Senior Recruiter, demonstrating a significant impact by enlisting 173 soldiers and managing various recruitment and retention activities. Chad's military experience began as a Military Police Officer with the Michigan Army National Guard from March 1996 to April 2003.
