Christian Wolten is a dedicated talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at OHB SE since January 2019, Christian focuses on attracting talent for over 100 technical, commercial, and IT positions. Prior roles include Recruiter for GeoSea Germany at DEME Group, where recruitment efforts supported major offshore wind farm projects, and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Rheinmetall Group, contributing to the development of a new recruiting center. Additionally, Christian held leadership roles at expertum Gruppe and served as a Personalberater at SONESTO GmbH, specializing in technical recruitment.
