Bryce Renn currently serves as Vice President of Purchasing & Supply Chain at Hofman Hospitality Group, a position held since February 2012. Prior titles within the company include Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain and Director of Operating Systems. Responsibilities include the development and management of supply chain and labor management systems across 28 restaurants, with oversight of inventory and purchasing that contributes to nearly $175 million in annual net sales. Additionally, Bryce has been the Corporate Bar Manager for Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que since November 1999, managing the beverage and bar program for 24 locations, generating $16 million in yearly alcoholic beverage sales. Bryce earned a degree in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, in 2000.
