Katrina Prior, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Katrina started their career as a Marketing Intern/Ambassador at Penn's Landing Corporation in 2008. Katrina then worked as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at The KDR Group before joining Calconix, Inc as a Product Manager from 2009 to 2013.

In 2015, Katrina joined Navigant as a Data Analytics Consultant, where they utilized their analytical skills. Katrina then moved to IntegriChain in 2017 as a Senior Business Analyst in Customer Operations. Katrina quickly progressed within the company, holding various roles such as Director of Customer Operations and Senior Product Manager.

Throughout their tenure at IntegriChain, Katrina successfully led teams and managed strategic roadmaps, overseeing the design and implementation of various projects. Katrina played a key role in the development and management of a framework for modeling and integrating data sets across the enterprise, as well as the implementation of a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.

Katrina's expertise also extended to managing and maintaining the strategy and vision for various product suites, including Patient analytics and Enterprise Adjudicated Rebates. Katrina coordinated the evaluation and selection of enterprise-level tools and oversaw the development of custom extract tools for data delivery.

With their strong leadership skills and project management knowledge as a certified PMP, Katrina is well-equipped to make valuable contributions in their current role as Director of Product Operations at Lucet.

Katrina Prior, PMP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Villanova University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University (2005-2009). In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications such as "Becoming a Product Manager: A Complete Guide" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2022) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (obtained in October 2019).
