Spencer Evanshen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, customer success, and sales. Currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Jane.app since November 2018, Spencer leads cross-functional teams to ensure the development of effective product features and improvements. Previous roles at Jane.app included Customer Success Onboarding Lead and Product Specialist, focusing on reducing churn during onboarding and assisting Canadian customers. Spencer’s earlier experience encompasses positions as a Digital Account Executive at Glacier Media Digital and various roles in customer service, sales, and support across different sectors. Spencer holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from Western University.
