Neha Gupta currently serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at LTIMindtree since June 2024. Prior to this role, Neha held the position of Divisional Head of Talent Acquisition at Coforge from September 2022 to May 2024, and was the General Manager of Talent Acquisition at SLK from July 2021 to January 2022. Neha's extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NTT DATA Services from November 2016 to June 2021 and the Associate General Manager of HRM at SLK from January 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisitions for Offshore - Technology Hiring. Earlier roles include Manager of TAG at Birlasoft from May 2010 to August 2013, where Neha was responsible for talent acquisition across multiple locations, and Recruitment Lead at Fujitsu Consulting India from May 2005 to May 2010, focusing on Oracle Practice hiring. Neha Gupta holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource from IIPM, graduating in 2000.
