Sophy Tok is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kalapak International since July 2019 and holding the position of Human Resources Officer at Digital Divide Data (DDD) since September 2010, Sophy Tok has been instrumental in developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and managing talent-based recruitment. Sophy Tok's previous roles at DDD include Supervisor, focusing on creating a supportive work environment and implementing staff policies, as well as Operator, responsible for data processing and project support.
