Marcus Green has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Lowlands Group since December 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior to this role, Marcus worked at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants from March 2015 to December 2021, progressing through various positions including Kitchen Manager, Senior Restaurant Manager, and Restaurant Manager. Additionally, Marcus held the Kitchen Manager role at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Cancun for a year and spent over a decade at TGI Fridays, where the title of Restaurant Bar Manager was attained. Marcus is currently pursuing education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which began in 2002.
