Melissa Dryden, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Lovejoy, LLC since November 2020, previous roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at Emerson Automation Solutions and HR Business Partner for Telecommunications at Jacobs. Melissa has also contributed to the Human Resource Association of Greater Oak Brook as Treasurer and Chapter Secretary.
